whenever i'm sad.

There are three things that can always cheer me up when I'm sad.
1. YouTube videos of people falling. My favorite to watch are gymnastics bloopers.
2. Eat. Don't think bingeing on junk food, but literally just eating a healthy snack or meal because most of the time I'm just upset because I'm hungry.
3. Do a handstand. Call me crazy, but there is something about being upside down for 1.5 seconds (because that's just about the longest I can hold it) that turns my mood around! I'm smiling the second I stand upright!

What do you do to cheer yourself up?

I read my favorite magazine or eat chocolate when I'm sad. That usually cheers me up. :)

  4. Ice cream. I know it's bad. But mmmmm. And re: the gymnastics bloopers, they can be hysterical but as a former competitive cheerleader, I can say that stuff is no joke. Love your gray jeans!
