I've never been the kind of person that obsesses over things and has to be in charge, but over the past few months I've realized something new growing inside of me.
It's this thing where I want to host every holiday party just so that I can control what music is playing, what decorations are hung, and how the dishes are presented on the table.
I'm becoming kind of a snot about it too.
Not because I'm the best, but because when I see something in my head it absolutely HAS. TO. HAPPEN.
I'm gonna be the girl that throws her own baby shower someday.
Yikes.
No one likes that girl, right?

ReplyDeleteIn fact, this past weekend I got upset that my boyfriend put up our Christmas tree while I was gone. Even though i can't do it and always give him the job, the fact that I wasn't there to oversee got me upset. Sad, huh?

What fun boots on you...the over the knee length boot trend intrigues me, but wasn't sure I could pull it off. That said you sport it beautifully and in a classic way...love it! I completely relate to you, but think I have always had that need to be "in control" in me, but in my subconscious and now it is showing a bit more outwardly! :)

Ha! Throwing your own baby shower kinda sounds fun to me... but I bet it would sound WAY different at 8 months pregnant. Love the pattern and the color of that top. And grays paired with it are great!
