my last week.

Blazer: Vintage, Striped Shirt: H&M, Jeans: Forever 21, Shoes: Target

This is my final week of working at the church office.
It has been one of the best jobs I've ever had and I am so grateful to have been able to work there for the last year or so. But I must admit, I am ready to move on.
Right now I think of it as a break from work, but I know that I'm about to begin the most intense job I'll ever and always have-- motherhood.
Until October though, I plan on working on two things:
Resting & nesting.
I have already whipped together about four mood boards for our entire house and since all of our big ticket items have already been purchased, I believe we'll be able to [almost] finish each room before Greyer gets here!
I will, of course, be sharing all my ideas with you along the way!

Also, remember that this Friday is CopyCat Friday!

  4. It's so great that you will have the whole summer to prepare for his arrival! I loved my job so much that I couldn't manage to part from it until literally about 12 hours before I went into labor. But, now that I am home with Pearl, she is way more important to me than any job! I still totally miss it sometimes, but the fact that I worked up until the very last minute seems pretty silly to me now.

  6. I thought it was your last week until baby and I was going to say omg ur still so small! :D I was huge when I was pregnant, i think i gained over 40lbs!!! It was hard to go back to work after maternity leave since you would just want to stay home all the time with your baby

  7. You are so cute! I love how you have the sleeves of the striped t-shirt hanging out. So cute. I know you are so excited to see your sweet little baby. Definitely get some rest! I was terrible about resting when I was pregnant. But I sure did use it as an excuse to get daily back rubs from the hubs...
