I know pregnancy lasts a few short (but kinda long) months, but for a fashion lover like me, having a limited wardrobe is kinda like torture.
Especially with all those cute summer trends that I'll never get to try... [So maybe I tried them and walked out of the dressing room with nothing...] I suppose it's better for the budget!
And then I got to remembering all the items I already own but can't wear but can't wait to wear again someday.
Oh how I miss you!!!
Here are my top three most-missed styles:
1.) Structured things. Peplum, we will never meet as you are here this season and gone the next--when I'll actually be able to fit into you.
2.) High-waisted things. It's just not quite as flattering (or possible) with this-here rapidly expanding waist.
3.) Stilettos. Yes, I do still wear low heels and wedges no matter what the height, but the narrow 4" stiletto is a little too dangerous for this wobbly mama-to-be!
Not everything about pregnancy wardrobe is bad, but I've found it's just not as fun or versatile. Maybe I'll do a post about my most-loved styles to wear whilst pregnant!
