Here is the look I was inspired to copy:
Sweater: Urban Outfitters, Tank: Marshall's (similar), Jeans: f21, Shoes: Nordstrom (similar), Purse: D&B
I finally bought a jar of coconut oil to cure my baby's cradle cap (i.e. crusty head). According to everyone, coconut oil is the new miracle cream.
Use it in your food.
Use it in your cleaning products.
Use it as a moisturizer.
Heck, I'm sure someone somewhere claims you can use it to unclog drains or fix a cracked windshield!
SOOOOOO I thought I could at least rub it on my face.
I can, can't I?!
Was it a one-time fluke that my face turned bright red and started tingling almost immediately and for about two hours after application?
I just rubbed it on my legs and so far so good...
Let's see your copycats! I will be choosing someone to feature over the weekend so try to link-up by tomorrow morning!

love your copy cat look -- that is such a cute sweater! xo

There is a pin somewhere on pinterest for a 101 uses for coconut oil. I am trying it on my 2 year olds skin (it is so dry). So far so good. Just don't toss it down your sink.. learned that one the hard way. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat look! I love coconut oil and would definitely encourage you to give it another try!
ReplyDeleteI cook with coconut oil all the time but I've never used it for skin! I'll have to give it a try sometime! Thanks for the fun link-up :)
ReplyDeleteLove sidewalkready blog. Your copy cat look is perfect!

I've been eyeing that sweater from Urban Outfitters, love it!! Is it reversible?
ReplyDeleteI'm bummed that I missed the boat on this month's copy cats, planning to join next month! Hope the coconut oil helps your babe's cradle cap, I'm on my pediatrics rotation and I've heard using baby oil (leave on for 15 minutes) then washing with dandruff shampoo helps :)
